• Make timely payments for services rendered

• Refrain from using our services for illegal, abusive, or deceptive purposes

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your ad accounts, logins, and related credentials.

4. Payments & Fees

All payments must be made in accordance with the agreed pricing in your contract or proposal. Unless otherwise specified:

• Payments are due upon receipt or within the terms stated on the invoice

• Late payments may incur interest or service interruptions

• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing

We accept payments via ( Stripe, direct deposit) .

5. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed:

• All strategy documents, ad creatives, and reports created by Xenos Advertising remain our intellectual property until full payment is received

• You retain rights to your brand assets (logos, copy, etc.) provided to us for use in campaigns

• You grant us a limited license to use your branding for the purpose of campaign development

We may request permission to showcase successful campaigns in our portfolio, with your consent.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any sensitive business, technical, or personal information shared during the course of the project, except where disclosure is required by law.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice:

• Xenos Advertising may terminate services immediately if the client breaches these Terms or uses services unlawfully

Upon termination, any unpaid fees are due immediately, and we reserve the right to cease all active campaigns.

8. Disclaimers

• Xenos Advertising makes no guarantees regarding specific results, ad performance, or revenue outcomes.

• We are not liable for actions or policies imposed by third-party platforms (e.g., account suspensions, ad rejections).

All services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Xenos Advertising is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits or data, resulting from the use of our services.

Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you for services in the three (3) months preceding the claim

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in North Carolina.
